Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside it. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing Times

Order processing time is separate from shipping time displayed at checkout.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped with tracking details.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will keep you informed in such cases.
  • Delays due to courier issues or external disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes) are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (India)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and shipping speed.

We currently offer the following flat-rate shipping:

Note: Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for qualifying orders as advertised on the product or checkout page.

Shipping Areas and Restrictions

We currently only ship within India.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Restricted or unserviceable zones as defined by our courier partners

Orders that cannot be delivered due to invalid addresses or restricted locations may be cancelled or returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can use this information to track your package through our delivery partner’s tracking portal or our order tracking page.

We ship all orders using Delhivery, India’s leading third-party logistics and courier service provider.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Rejection at the doorstep

Your order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases:

  • RTO and re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Repeated failed deliveries may lead to restrictions on future orders or payment methods like Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

Duties, Taxes & Octroi

Some regions in India may require additional local taxes (such as entry tax or octroi). These charges, if applicable, are:

  • Determined by your local authorities
  • Collected by the courier during delivery
  • The sole responsibility of the buyer
