Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@aapankala.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale or clearance
- Any used or damaged items

Please Note
- Returned items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return request.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
